Echo Terrace provides five superb and spacious self-catering apartments overlooking the whole of False Bay. Watch the whales play on your doorstep in season. If lucky the whales might choose to arrive as early as July. Take a short stroll down to one of the safest, warm water swimming beaches in Cape Town and find various shops close by. Some of the apartments have beautiful little gardens with small plunge pools and all apartments have unsurpassed views of False Bay. With a medium sized shopping mall a seven minute drive away in Sun Valley, you're sure to find excellent curio shops as well as grocery, clothing and book stores.

The surrounding area also boasts a variety of excellent restaurants. Besides the most magnificent view over the sea each unit is luxuriously furnished including: TV, DSTV satellite fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave Automatic washing machine, tumble drier and iron with Portable music centre and a safe in each unit. Garden terrace units have a small plunge pool on the sea facing garden whilst upper terrace units offer a large covered balcony directly overlooking the bay.
