What can we say; Benoni is great and Ecotel Benoni is hospitality at its best.

All comfortable, stylish rooms are non-smoking and have queen-size beds and three-quarter beds all luxuriously dressed in white linen. Rooms are equipped with a writing desk, colour TV, heater, fan and en-suite bathroom with either a shower or bath.

Hotel facilities include a braai area, communal kitchen with microwave and tea station, internet access, secure parking, a wellness corner, 24-hour taxi service, laundry and a communal dining room.

The hotel is conveniently situated a few minutes drive away from the Lakeside Shopping Mall, Ster Kinekor Cinema, Durban Bus Station, Glyn wood Life Hospital, Benoni Lake, Benoni Golf Course, The Lakes Hotel and Conference Centre, Acapilia Laser Clinic and Day Spa, the O R Tambo International Airport, Emperors Palace Casino and Carnival City Casino.

Ecotel Benoni is in the heartbeat of this vibrant, amazing, awesome and wonderful city.

Although clean with friendly staff, I would not stay there again. The place is old and is really basic. If you are only looking for a cheap bed then this is the place, otherwise stay away.



Friendly and help full staff even though the coffee machine did not work

Clean but cold by

really - an hotel with no heating!

Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee for R40. 

The self-assist coffee station us R10/cup but no-one tells you. 

No hot water!  

I get it's eco - but really pushing it too far!  

Fine if it's only 1 night - in summer!
