I arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon and there was a misunderstanding regarding the number of people that can be accommodated in a single room. That was subsequently sorted out and we were moved to Room 202. I have never had a horrible stay at any hotel until last night. The carpet was filthy and the smell was unbearable, you had indicated that you have white sheets and towels but all i found was cream white to brown sheets and towels. I am certain that the standard of service that the hotel offers is not of a three star establishment as required by the Tourism Grading Authority at least from our room(202)'s point of view. I am highly disappointed your service, i checked out first thing this morning and did not even stay for breakfast.

Friendly & helpfull staff. We felt very welcome. Price per room as adverised on Safari & final booking was different, and the reaponse time on availability was more than 2 days.
