Elm Tree House has a large battery back-up system for the lights, TV and Wi-Fi system that will last for at least 6-10 hours during an electricity outage. The parking for 4 vehicles is located within the fenced property. The fence has a motorised gate that can be operated by providing a pin code to open en to close the gate.

In front of the conservatory there is a large outside terrace with seating place for 8 pax and a luxury Weber BBQ. Two of the cars that are parked inside the property can be parked underneath the carport.

Elm Tree House is located in the quite side of town, away from the sounds of traffic from the main route through the village. Shops and restaurants are on walking distance from the property. In town are roughly 12 different restaurants and a huge amount of attractions available, like hiking, fishing, golf, visit to the bird of prey centre, etc.
