All Suite on 14th in Fairlands provides a welcome haven to both business and leisure guests. Situated just off the N1's 14th Avenue off-ramp, adjacent to the MTN head office and at the foot of the Northcliff rocky outcrops, it provides an excellent alternative for Johannesburg conferences and accommodation.

This hotel is all about having a relaxed experience. A configuration of 51 suites provides accommodation for up to 208 sharing guests. For corporate delegates who prefer single room occupancy in shared villas, the hotel can accommodate up to 104 delegates during a conference.

Meals are provided at the upmarket Diner on 14th, although all suites have been set up with the long-stay client in mind. Each apartment has a built-in braai as well as a fully fitted kitchen. Kitchens also include washers and dryers, waste disposal systems, and under-counter ovens, complete with cooker hoods.

Current conference facilities cater for up to 80 delegates in two venues. Standard conference equipment and facilities are available and quirky conference snacks as well as delicious conference meals are provided by Diner on 14th. Free transfers within a 10-kilmetre radius are provided and longer transfers are available.

Nearby attractions include Gold Reef City, Montecasino, Big 5 game drives at the Askari Game Lodge, fly-fishing at Kloofzicht Lodge in Muldersdrift, the Randpark Golf Club, the Cresta Shopping Centre and Clearwater Mall and township tours. Guests can also visit the Sterkfontein Caves and the Apartheid Museum.
