Bad Experience by

The rooms looked nothing like the photo's on your site. There were no secure parking. The person on duty new nothing of the second room I booked by telephone. the lady that knew about my booking, was not reachable by phone to correct the double booking. By 15h00 the rooms with door's open were still not cleaned. we were shocked by the dirty area where the guesthouse situated. with not enough place for 4 adults, as confirmed after the booking, we had to make a few phone calls to allocate a new guesthouse to book into. I followed up by email for an refund, but got no feedback.
