Garden Apartment in RondeboschMowbray, Western Cape, South Africa Selbstversorgung (Familieneinheiten ab R 1,100) | R 1,100 |
A beautiful garden apartment located in a small block off the Rondebosch Common in Rosebank, with views onto the back of Table Mountain.
The apartment is very comfortable with most things you need while living away from home. Walking into the apartment you have an open-plan kitchen to the right, with a dining island and further in is the fabulous lounge area with doors to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils to prepare your meals should you enjoy cooking. The garden area is lovely and quiet, note that the walkway to the pool is shared by all the residents of the block. Access to the pool area is just a few steps away. (Note: with the drought we are experiencing in Cape Town the pool is currently covered.) The two bedrooms lead off from the lounge and are separated by the shared bathroom which has a shower only. The primary bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, a hand-made quilt and enough cupboard space to unpack for your stay. The room is sunny and over looks the lovely garden. There is a desk in this room too. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds; ideal if you are a family travelling, or business travellers. These single beds have 3/4 duvets for extra comfort. We can also move the two singles together and create a second queen bed if you'd like. An 'office in a cupboard' in the lounge is useful if you have to do some work to do, pull out the desk and bring the chair around. The cupboard has a printer and scanner should you require. The lounge is comfortable with its two sofas. Watch satellite television (DStv) or DVDs, play cards and games when you're spending time relaxing. You are welcome to read books from the bookshelf too. Dedicated parking in bay 3 in a secure parking area.
The Rondebosch Common has a great and safe running/walking track with its amazing views of Table Mountain. The apartment is close to the University of Cape Town and medical facilities, Groote Schuur and Red Cross Children's Hospitals. The space will definitely be better if you have a vehicle to get around to access all the nearby attractions such as Rhodes Memorial, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Waterfront, the beaches and downtown.
