Golden Sands 3

Golden Sands 3 is a self-catering apartment located in Manaba, at the heart of the Hibiscus Coast. Manaba is famous for its beautiful beach which is called Lucian Beach, natural forests and subtropical climate - and for many, it is simply their go-to spot for a great summer holiday. Apart from the beaches, Margate also offers some of the best snorkelling and diving in South Africa.

The apartment is ground floor and can accommodate up to one guests, and comprises one bedroom and one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a tri-bunk bed in the unit with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on the top.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is seating around the kitchen counter. The beautiful lounge seats up to six people and has a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

The lounge opens onto a patio that contains a charcoal braai. In winter dolphins and whales can be seen playing in the bay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

There is a lock-up garage for one vehicle and parking for a trailer. There is no pool in the complex.

Golden Sands 3 is within walking distance to the beautiful Lucian Beach which has lifeguards, a takeaway kiosk and shops with beautiful handmade crafts.

A shopping centre is located within a short distance and a variety of restaurants, attractions and activities can be enjoyed in the area. The unit is just 300 meters from the beach.
