GRAND CENTRAL GäSTEHAUS BEWERTUNGEN (80 %) Contented Guest by Charl Van Vuuren, South Africa 28 September 2015 Grand Central was a very comfortable, friendly and clean place to stay for the weekend. The Hostess was most accommodating to one's needs and made lovely Breakfast each morning too.She was also a great conversationalist so we also learnt a bit about herself and her Family. The service at Grand central guesthouse was very poor, we first got there and our room lights weren't working, I told the landlord about it, she did not make a move about it immediately, the second thing the remote to the gate weren't working too.
The treatment was bad, the lady was giving us a bad attitude together with her daughter, the breakfast was wack, everything was bad with the place, I did not enjoy at all.

Miss Phetoane & friend checked in round about 15h00 on Saturday afternoon , I showed them to their room as I am doing with most of my clients? At that time they were 2 girls checking in at our Guesthouse. When they came to report that the light was not working , I told them that as soon as my maintenance guy is back I would change the light for them . Witch he did fix when I told him about the problem. We replace our batteries for the gate remotes on Friday , but the fault was with the remotes and not the batteries as we thought . So I gave them a new remote that was working. Sunday Morning when they arrived for breakfast , they were 3 girls. I then told them they booked a room for 2 people and paid for 2 and miss Phetoane was like she didn't know? I told her that they will have to pay for the 3rd person who stayed with them in the room ,They didn't even touch the breakfast ? they just left and sneak out of the complex without paying for the 3rd person. I was never unfriendly with them and my daughter didn't even have anything to do with them. I always treat my guests with respect and friendliness.
