Welcome to sharing in the fulfillment of our vision - creating an oasis of refreshing, life-giving rest, retreat and refuge. Previously the old Grand Hotel which was established in 1936, it was always known for its lovely country charm and warm hospitality.
The new owners have endeavoured to not only preserve these qualities, but also extend nature's soothing elements into the interior and atmosphere of the renovated hotel. Meticulous attention to detail is evident in all aspects from the elegant décor to the temptingly delectable cuisine. All is aimed at providing sensory and spiritual harmony and peace.
The rooms are individually decorated and colour-coded to match framed prints of our local Karoo plants found in this area. The rooms are all furnished with twin beds and there is a wardrobe and luggage rack, tea and coffee-making facilities and a computer stand. There are mattresses available for small children at a reduced cost and by arrangement.
We have family units that are connected with an interleading door. A larger luxury suite is available which doubles as our room for the disabled with a big bath and space for a wheelchair. We only use white percale linen and each room is equipped with a hairdryer.
