False advertisement - very dissapointing by

The room that I got was nothing like the room advertised and that I thought I booked and paid for upfront. I was shoved into a room on the first floor that looked completely different to the room in the photo. Also I was under the impression that the room I booked opened onto the garden as indicated in the photo linked to the specific room. False advertisement. Poor management - kettle standing on the floor because the cord is too short. Fan and heater shoved into a corner. Desk is cheap and unsteady. Lack of detail attention that one would expect from R700 per night per person. Chairs all stacked right in front of front door when it started raining - blocking entrance.
