The Estate lies at the edge of the sea and has spectacular views of False Bay and beyond. The beautiful Helderberg Mountain and the Hottentots Holland Range lend panoramic views of ever-changing mountains. The secure estate offers tranquil settings and a peaceful lifestyle. There is a 9-hole golf course adding a park-like atmosphere with tarred pathways meandering throughout the common. The bird life is abundant, Guinea Fowl and Egyptian Geese ,with their young, meander around the estate. T

Other sporting facilities available to all residents and tenants are tennis courts, a swimming pool and jukskei court. A two bedroom apartments available for holiday, short-term or executive rental. Fully furnished and equipped. Modern, clean and comfortable. Both can accommodate four people, having two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and bath. Kitchen and lounge area. The apartment has a closed in balcony which had added an additional room by way of a sunroom. There is a lock up garage close to the apartment and DStv as well Wi-Fi are available.
