Hala boutique was unexpected... the rooms are large and the king size bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean. there is nice pool area which could be used in warmer weather. We had brought children with us but the pull out bed had not been made despite the booking being for 4 people and we asked for extra towels and they brought hand tells for my kids to use. The staff are friendly at assist as requested. we had identified a couple of maintenance issued which had been identified and they were resolved by the time we came back the following day. What I would have improved the experience are the following; # advance notice that although it is a dinner bed and breakfast they do not serve drinks with dinner or have a cash facility for soft drinks available. we then had to insure we had purchased for the 2nd night. #in the rooms that basic tea/coffee/sugar and long life milk is available # ensure that all the basics (kettle, cups, etc) is the room on arrival # training of the waiter staff to ensure tables are laid by time dinner and breakfast is served. that the condiments are available and in working order (pepper grinder) despite the above challenges, we had a pleasant time and would consider returning when next in the area.
