The HCTA Talatona Convention Hotel is located in the coastal city of Luanda in Angola.

Furnished with comfortable twin, double or king-size beds, each room has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bathrobes and slippers. Being detained at the reception on arrival, hotel staff demanding proof of payment for my stay by

Front desk staff should be fluent in English. Its frustrating talking to someone who only knows Portuguese and no English yet HCTA is an international hotel. Please improve on your internal communications, i received confirmation that you had received my payment days before i traveled but when i got there i was told i had to forward to reservation proof that i had paid. I was not impressed at all since this shows that there are problems in your internal communication. Once proof of payment has been received by reservations, communication must be shared with front desk staff so guests are not subjected to unnecessary harassment. Thank you.
