Had lots of fun at the club house with facilities - pool, snooker, putt putt and tennis, should have packed the squash racquet! Short drive to the shops and attractions. The sliding doors/security gates need attention as they too are rusted. Everything needed was available and the beds was excellent, even my 93 year old Dad complimented the bed.
However, the place is in dire need of a deep clean and some maintenance to the sliding doors and so on . We found the cutlery to be dirty on arrival some knifes and forks completely unwashed, glasses and other utensils greasy. Bathrooms not that clean. Braai smoke smell inside. The toaster needs replacement, have to turn slices around all the time to get both sides properly toasted.
Wife was bitten by fleas (she is allergic to fleas and that spoiled it a bit for her)
Would definitely recommend this place to friends and will consider using again myself if the issues as above are attended to. You would assume these basic things to be attended to for a place in this price range and location. Perfect!!! by Terence Davids 09 July 2018 The house was neat and spacious. The view was stunning to wake up to. Shops and restaurants around the corner. The children had plenty of options available on the premises. Value for money. No complaints. Too cold by Aurelie Llorca 11 August 2018 We were freezing in the house as there were no heaters. Definitely not for winter stay. Otherwise it's well located with a beautiful view. The chimney needs a service as the smoke was blowing inside the house, it wasn't great as the baby was inhaling the smoke.
