Highgrove Cottage

Highgrove Cottage is a 92 m² semi-detached self-catering house in a quiet area of ??Tokai near a shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

Highgrove Cottage comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are on the top floor. The first bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. All bedrooms have a lot of storage space in the built-in cupboards.

The kitchen, living area and guest toilet are on the lower floor. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a flat-screen TV in the lounge area and this area leads to a terrace that has a pergola and a sun umbrella and is surrounded by a garden.

Parking is available on the estate next to the cottage. Highgrove has a reception and a gate staffed by security personnel. There is also an electric fence around the estate.
