Hillside Cottage

Hillside Cottage is a charming double-storey cottage comfortably sleeping eight people each. The Swartland suburb of Clarens is a residential area just five minutes' walk from the town square, with large properties, wide expansive views and surrounded by mountains. The scenery is spectacular and the surroundings peaceful.

Situated at the end of Swart Street in a cul-de-sac, Hillside Cottage is the ideal getaway place for times of relaxation and rest. A spacious covered patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities welcomes guests to the home. Double patio doors lead into the comfortable lounge area, complete with fireplace and TV with 'Compact' DStv package. From the lounge, a large dining room and an open-plan kitchen are situated. The fully self-catering kitchen is fitted with every modern appliance including a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.

Hillside Cottage comprises a a downstairs bedroom with twin beds and a separate downstairs toilet, hand basin and shower, all located behind the kitchen. A small flight of stairs takes one to the upper level of the house, where the main bedroom with double bed is situated, while a third bedroom with four single beds allows for large family groups. In between the bedrooms a second bathroom is located, with toilet, hand basin and bath. All linen and towels are provided, and every bed has extra blankets and electric blankets for cold nights.

In front of the house is a double terrace garden with lots of space to kick a ball and play children's games. Off-road under cover parking is provided for two vehicles on the property.
