There is a large flat screen TV available that is connected to the State broadcasting Corporation. There is a safe available in the flat for valuable items to be stored. Off street undercover parking is available for one car. It has a washing machine and there is a clothesline available for use. Perfect for a couple on holiday or on business. It has a pretty back garden with table and chairs to enjoy sundowners after a hard day's exploring. The back garden is a shared space that you are most welcome to utilize.
We have an open green area ajoining our property in the front of the house with lots of trees and birds. Near to Rondebosch common and the Red Cross children's hospital. Plenty of shops nearby and 10min away from Cape Town and the Waterfront.
