Gather your family and friends together for a holiday in the peaceful seaside town of Hermanus. Voelklip is a private and spacious villa within walking distance of beaches and is the ideal option for the whole family to enjoy. This 5 bedroom villa sleeps up to 12 adults and children and is set over two levels. Four of the bedrooms are located on the lower entrance level along with an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge is a comfortable space for relaxing, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher for holiday convenience. This quaintly decorated living space has French doors leading out to the peaceful walled garden with table and benches set under the trees. A light and airy passageway leads to the bedrooms and a second set of stairs to the upper level. The upper level offers breathtaking views of the Hermanus mountains and a covered terrace with built-in barbeque for relaxed entertaining. The spacious lounge area has fold back glass doors leading out to the terrace. There are comfortable armchairs and couches, an array of books for indulgent holiday reading and a pool table to keep guests entertained. The master bedroom is also on this level.The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. On the lower level one bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for children. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There are two bathrooms with shower only and one with both shower and bath. There is also a guest toilet.This private and safe villa is a 5 minute stroll from two of the main beaches in the area. Hermanus is only one hour from Cape Town International Airport and is an excellent addition to a Garden Route itinerary.
