Hunters Moon

Hunters Moon is situated in the Vumba, a small part of the long chain of mountains that define the eastern border of Zimbabwe. The location lies on the edge of Mutare which is the provincial capital of Manicaland and a favourite getaway for the Harare business and political elite.

Hunters Moon is a large double-storey house with a double bedroom downstairs, a double bedroom upstairs and twin beds in the remaining upstairs room. The house has a large dining room, a separate lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and a family bathroom. The caretaker also lives on the premises.

Vumba is a quintessential African highland environment with large expanses of open moor and grassland which are punctuated here and there by dense forests, thickly wooded gullies and water courses. Small outside braai area.
