Ikhaya Lam is a Xhosa name which means 'My home', and it is a unique African culture experience offering a B&B with traditional African cuisine. A facial treatment and holistic foot massages are offered to visitors. Relax outside in the garden, or enjoy an outside braai in a quiet environment.
Rooms are clean, tidy and linen is changed every day. Accommodating four to eight guests per night in double and single beds, rooms have either an en-suite bathroom or they share a bathroom.
Experience the township life, take a walk around and enjoy the African jazz music, or dance at the pub in the nearby township of Nkqubela. There is a craft market available which sells traditional beads, traditional outfits and woodcraft. Lunch and dinner are served on request.
