House Ivan is a luxurious and fully furnished self-catering home located in the spectacular Pezula Estate. The house offers comfortable accommodation ideal for a family or a group of six.

The living area consists of an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a top-of-the-range gas oven, microwave and stainless steel kettle and toaster, with all cutlery and crockery provided. The kitchen overlooks the dining area with a large table and seating for eight people and large doors opening up onto a paved patio and swimming pool.

The house is ideally located near the Pezula Hotel, with a top-class golf course. The hotel features a restaurant, café cocktail bar and spa. Guests can also take a quick drive to Knysna and enjoy the beaches and tourist hotspots.

House Ivan was a complete disaster for us. We arrived on 21/2 to be told we could not take possession until 22/2 as Safari had made a mess of the booking!! We were then shown another house which we refused to take and put into another one which had ants crawling all over the floor and dead Beatles in the kitchen sink. I spoke to the tenants who were in house Ivan and they told me it took 5 days to clean the pool as it was full of algae when they arrived and it was never once cleaned while we were there. The safe in the house was a gun safe and removed while we were there. The front of the house was full of weeds and the TVs did not work in spite of management being called three times. I spoke to Tracey who is Manager of Safari and she was to refund me 2 nights accommodation but only one night was refunded in spite of the first two days of our holiday being ruined. I was asked were we leaving on the 20th as they had other people booked in that night when in fact we were booked and fully paid up to the 21st. I might add that Safari are being blamed for all their mismanagement. I will be writing other reviews on House Ivan as I would like other people to be aware of our disastrous holiday .
