KAROO CHAT BEWERTUNGEN (97 %) Queen of the Karoo! by Roel Van Oudheusden, South Africa 13 July 2015 Where to start - the attention to detail, best linen, blankets and quality towels, comfortable bed, oil heater in the bedroom, ample cupboard space, spacious clean bathroom with shower and bath. Comfort throughout, decor in true Karoo style, a fridge stocked with water, milk, and yogurt. Sandra also provided muesli, biscuits, coffee, tea and sugar! The cherry on the top was the very welcome sherry and chocolate to ward off the cold! We received reminders of the booking we had made, and messages enquiring as to our eta. On top of this Sandra's hospitality and friendliness made our stay a peaceful and unhurried few days - too short - but we have vowed to return - SOON!
Perfect sleepover for the weekend by Sandra Hall, South Africa 19 October 2015 We only had a brief stay in Prince Albert so did not need more than a bed and a bathroom. The restaurants were just around the corner which meant we could safely walk there and back, no need to drive - just remember to take a torch in the evening! The main bedroom was beautifully appointed and the large bathroom had both a shower and a bath. The second bed (single bed with another pull-out bed below) was in the entrance room to the flatlet with a small fridge and microwave. It was perfect for our weekend needs. We had a wonderful meal at The Olive Branch on the Saturday night and as always, the excellent apple pie from Lazy Lizard! Exceeds expectations by Dorothy Clemitson 19 December 2017 A beautiful oasis in Prince Albert. Cosy, comfortable and immaculate accommodation. Sandra went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The town has some excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend this for a few days stop over from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Karoo Chat stay by Nico Laubscher 08 January 2018 Awesome Karoo hospitality, super clean and well equipped cottage!
I look forward to my next stay! Peaceful and elegant by Dorothy Clemitson 01 March 2018 Fantastic place to stay. Sandra goes the extra mile and leaves no stone unturned to make your stay comfortable. Second stay here and look forward to returning. We would highly recommend Karoo Chat and the quaint, interesting town of Prince Albert, especially as a stop-off from Johannesburg to Cape Town. A good nights sleep after experiencing the Swartberg Pass by Eddy Booth 20 May 2018 No radio or even a TV set Great location with homely comforts by Uwe Hermann 18 June 2018 Karoo Chat is located in the centre of Prince Albert, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. Facilities were clean and well-kept./ Kitchen facilities are basic, but perfect for a short stay and there is no need to cook here, restaurants in town make for many opportunities for food. I would definitely be back here in future. The bath is the best!! by Shelagh Rosenwerth 08 August 2018 The accommodation was comfortable, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Generous extras such as a carafe of sherry, rusks and breakfast goodies added to the enjoyment of our stay. The bathroom is the best ever: ample space, lovely fittings and plenty of hot water. Coming from no-water Cape Town, we appreciated this the most! Thank you Sandra for a lovely stay. Home away from home by Stephen Grenfell 13 September 2018 Charming hostess; delightful accommodation tastefully decorated and very cosy and comfortable. Would certainly go back. Lovely stay by Estelle Venter 06 October 2018 Excellent value for money and kind and generous hosts. KAROO CHAT LAGE
