Karoo Koelte B&B is a renovated homestead located in the small Karoo town of Victoria West. The town is home to the yearly Apollo Film Festival which showcases the best South African independent films. Guests can visit the De Oude Pastorie which is one of the oldest buildings in town, or the restored Anglican Church with its stained glass windows, as well as the Mannetjies Roux Museum at the Victoria West Trading Post.
The B&B offers four comfortable en-suite bedrooms, each with a private entrance. The rooms are furnished with two single beds or a double bed and are equipped with TVs with access to local channels, mini fridges as and tea and coffee facilities with cookies. For added convenience, the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for those hot summer days and electric blankets and wall-mounted heaters for the Karoo cold to ensure guests are nice and warm. One of the en-suite bathrooms has been designed for guests with disabilities and has easy access to the shower and taps. Breakfast and dinner are available on request.
