The accommodation is not as advertised by

Correspondence leading to bookings were superb! When we arrived though, the place didn't look as advertised. The linen had what looked like permanent stains. They didn't change them when told. When we left, the damage fee came back 3 days later with a charge for a damaged chair that we had reported on arrival. The owners were no longer cordial. I am very displeased.
