Khaya Inyoni

The bush lodge is situated in a private game reserve called Emanzini Private Reserve.The lodge is a wonderful place to stay for people interested in bird watching and living close to nature in a quiet bushveld setting. Guests can walk or cycle around the reserve. The lodge itself is spacious with an open plan living area, a fire place and game viewing / bird watching deck. The Hoopoe and Kudu rooms are double rooms which have an en-suite bathroom and their own deck. The lodge has a thatched roof with bushveld all around, creating an authentic bush living environment. It is situated on the shores of the Albert Falls Dam. The reserve offers a variety of antelope and small wild life and especially a wide variety of water and land birds. The reserve boasts over 190 species of birds which we'd like to share with you. Guests can also access the Battle Fields of Natal within a couple of hours drive, as well as Big Five game reserves, also around 2-3 hours drive away. The lodge is also not far from the Drakensberg Mountains and the famous Midlands Meander.
