Kingfisher 20 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 3-bedroom apartment situated in a complex, approximately 650 m down the road from the Shelly Centre.

Although there is no sea view from the apartment, St Michael's swimming beach is just over the road. The apartment has been furnished with 2 smaller families in mind, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. The main and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. Each bathroom has a bath and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests convenience, as well as an oven and stove, a fridge, and a microwave. There is a gas braai on the patio, and charcoal braai facilities are available by the communal swimming pool.

The complex has been designed with family in mind, and offers lovely gardens and rambling lawns, ideal for the children to play. There is also a toddler splash pool next to the swimming pool. The complex is secure with electric fencing and 24-hour security with remote gate access. The complex also has JoJo water tanks for those times when there is no water in the area.
