The beds are made up with Egyptian linen and the windows have curtains. The apartment has a lovely view of the canal and sleeps six guests and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living area. The estate has 24-hour access control.

The apartment has an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine tumble dryer. There is a flat-screen television with DStv and a sofa bed in the lounge area.
