Kiota Place, which is Kiswahili for ?Nesting Place', is a charming villa where you wake up every morning to the sweet sound of singing and chirping birds that have made over 25 nests behind the villa. It is a family-owned and managed guest house where you are guaranteed warm Kenyan hospitality and smiling faces every day. Built in 1998, the house has the charm and ambience of a Spanish villa and all rooms are stylishly furnished to high standard.

The villa has DStv, satellite TV, telephone, unlimited high speed wireless internet access and excellent security. Breakfast can be held indoors or outdoors on the gazebo, overlooking the well-manicured garden. Kiota Place promises top-notch personalised service, making you feel truly at home.

At Kiota Place, we practice recycling and are keen on conserving our environment. We help all travellers offset their carbon footprint with activities like tree planting at the nearby Karura forest or at one of the golf courses. At Kiota, we use water harvested from rain to maintain the gardens. At Kiota, we are proud of our organic garden where we source vegetables. We also serve a sumptuous and varied breakfast which includes organic eggs and organic tomatoes.
