Restful and Relaxing by Kalay Maistry 29 December 2017 Great apartment with a wonderful view! It was clean and had all that was needed for a good holiday at the coast. The patio was perfect for sundowners and braais. Even when it rained we sat outside and enjoyed the scenery. The first day of our stay, we discovered the oven wasn't working. The managing agent sent a repairman the very next day, which was great.
The complex is very well kept. Parking can be a small problem sometimes when there are more vehicles than bays within the secure complex.
Otherwise, we had no problems.
I would recommend Kuta Beach 12, it made for a great base from which to explore the area. The Views by Saki Dlanga 04 March 2018 Nothing to complain the pool was clean kids enjoyed an evening swim. The garage door was not opening & closing entirely with report, it required physical support (pulling/pushing) for it to open or close properly.
When it was raining on Saturday afternoon, one of the room was had a leak,couldn't tell where the water came from but the floor was really wet.
Despite that, the place was really beautiful, we had a great stay. The view by Cesare Cugno 05 July 2018 Nice apartment, but disappointed with bathrooms, need a refamp. Also 2cars were broken into.
