Lakeside Cottage

Situated on the shores of the new Spring Grove Dam, the cottage offers tranquil views across the water and the neighbouring farmlands for nature lovers.

The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are open plan with insulated tongue and groove vinyl laminate flooring. There is a slow combustion fireplace. The kitchen has a four plate electric stove and oven, a fridge/freezer and is equipped with all the necessary glasses and cutlery, crockery, pans and cooking utensils. There are two carpeted bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom - one with a bath and one with a shower. Both bathrooms have an automated wall heater. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. There are built-in cupboards and shelving in each bedroom.

There is a satellite dish and a LED television is provided - bring your own DStv decoder.

French doors lead out to an open verandah with outdoor chairs and table and a portable braai is provided. There is a covered carport.

The cottage is 83 square metres plus eight square metres of the open verandah and the property is fenced and gated.

The property is located off the tarred Kamberg Road. It is conveniently placed for the local private schools, the hamlet of Rosetta and the nearby village of Nottingham Road. The N3 freeway is within easy reach. Fly fishing opportunities are plentiful in the area and there is a selection of well-maintained golf courses. The Kamberg Road provides access to Highmoor Nature Reserve, the Kamberg Nature Reserve and Rock Art Centre and the popular Giants Castle Nature Reserve. Also close by is the renowned Midlands Meander arts, crafts and eatery route.
