Vey clean, serene and the people were friendly and accommodating.  We had a peaceful sleep even though we were only there for a few hours.

Will definitely return in future



Dissapointing by

The rooms beds were good.
The service was very poor. I was first booked in room 3, when I arrived there the room was changed to room 11. I was travelling with an 8 Year old girl, the room was opposite the swimming pool with rusty and dirty water and the pool was not covered for the safety of my girl. The cold bathing water was rusty and dirty, the shower handle was broken, my experience was horrible, I DONT THINK I WILL EVER RECOMMEND OR VISIT THAT PLACE AGAIN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I was communicating with the Manager Charlene via sms, I never set my eyes on her. We had to be moved to another room because the one which we were in, the toilet system was not working due to water shortage. I feel that I dropped my money into a drain. I was not told that when I do bookings the costs didn't include breakfast, I had to drive to town to eat breakfast. I think there is still discrimination in that place. The side which white people were booked, there was water and I started asking myself why? That place need to be turned around otherwise it will turn to be a skeleton building. Word of mouth it's spread faster than a virus. I am really disappointed.

Establishments response:

Unfortunately, due to a water problem that occurred on Friday morning and the maintenance thereof caused the water to be discoloured.

Ms Selolo was moved to another for her comfort.

I am so sorry that she felt discriminated but can assure her that her welfare was at our best interest at all times.

Please take note that on our quotation submitted to Safarinow clearly states ?Room Only?

Please also take note that Charlene did offer to refund her Saturday night accommodation to which she declined and stayed the booked night
