Life at Sea provides holiday and beach accommodation located in the picturesque Helderberg Basin, the eastern-most region of the Cape Metropole combining the towns of Somerset West, Gordons Bay, and the Strand. Just 25 minutes' drive from Cape Town, the area offers the excitement of the city combined with the peace of the country.

It also offers easy access to a variety of tourist attractions such as the excellent wine estates of the nearby winelands, several world-renowned golf courses, walking trails in the fynbos-covered Hottentots Holland mountains, and of course fun-filled days along the warm Indian Ocean beaches.

Ons het dit baie geniet - akkommodasie was doodreg. We enjoyed it very much - accommodation was perfect.

White Waters by

Very neat! Absolute fantastic mattresses on beds and very nice linen! Feels like home. Will definitely stay there again.

No peaceful break by

We stayed in unit 2, the place was not properly cleaned and a bad smell hanging in the unit, couches not clean and carpet dirty. Not peaceful, neighbours big dogs wake you up early every morning.

A place to be by

We had a great time at life at sea me and my family. Very beautiful view and its so close to the beach. The rooms were amazing and its affordable.
