Loerieroep at Nelspruit

LoerieRoep has three affordable self-catering units that are managed by the owners; safe, peaceful and quiet. Well positioned for both business and leisure travellers. It is situated in the middle of the Panorama Rout; five kilometres from Nelspruit on the N4 in Mpumalanga. Out in the hills but close to town. It is a great stop off and shopping destination if you are travelling to the Kruger National Park, Mozambique or Swaziland.

The tranquil surroundings with city lights at night to spoil yourself with what seems as the ultimate food for your earthly soul. Where you can come, relax and unwind with a sun downer or a cup of coffee after a hard day's work, either in the big, lavish garden; overlooking the mountain valley with its awesome view and most beautiful sunsets and city lights at night, or with your feet in an open-for-all plunge pool at the fairyland gazebo while the kids can play in the plunge pool or jungle gym. There are different barbecue facilities in the garden with its open space lawns where children can run and play and kick a ball. A diverse variety of trees and birds for fauna and flora lovers. Be sure to pack your binoculars and camera for a fascinating and relaxing experience.

The units are tastefully decorated to invite you to come back again and again with a fully equipped kitchen, fans, satellite flat screen TV (Premium Multi Choice DStv can be activated at an additional R30 a day) and free Wi-Fi. Each unit provides a 1600W hairdryer, pure cotton towels and complimentary guest amenities from hand-picked ranges. A baby bath available. With the fully equipped kitchen, we also offer an amount of tea, coffee served with milk & sugar and rusks to welcome you.

Unit 1 sleeps four people on a double bed in bedroom and a queen bed in living area. One soft sofa big enough for a six-year-old child. Private barbecue area. Unit 2 sleeps four on one queen bed in bedroom and two single beds in living area. Lovely barbecue area outside in the big garden overlooking the mountain valley. Unit 3 sleeps two adults plus child up to six years on one king size bed and one soft sofa for small child. Own private fenced-in yard with barbecue facilities under the trees.

Extra Services include laundry, car wash, babysitting and continental breakfast can be arranged.

You have to stay in Nelspruit for at least three days because there is just so much to do with LoerieRoep as your centre point with different day trips to: Chimp Eden, National Botanic Gardens with the beautiful rapid water fall cascades, and a Water World. Golf courses, a few kilometres to Chimp Eden. Then there is Sudwala Caves with the dinosaur park, close by historic towns like Kaapse Hoop pancakes with the wild horses and awesome view over the Lowveld, Sabie, Pelgrimsrest, Graskop with their jungle like waterfalls, river rafting, outlook sceneries and bungee jumps & Big Swing. Fanie Botha hiking trail. Best down-hill cycling routes, Hazyview with its Elephant & Cheetah Sanctury as well as the tree top canopy Sky-Way Trails. Down to Caster Bridge in White River. Three Rondawels with the Potholes. Abseiling in Barberton. And for those who want to shop till you drop there is the Ilanga mall with its new Ice Rink and Riverside Mall with Cinemas, Emnotweni Casino as well as an Entertainment Park. And don't forget at least a daytrip to the Kruger National Park.

There is a gravel road of about 2 km leading up to the establishment. Might be uncomfortable only for your Merc SLK3.
