Manor 38 is situated in the seaside suburb - Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth and is within walking distance to some of the local beaches, a Shopping Mall with a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Banks and a few Restaurants.

The local Boardwalk Casino Complex is 1km away and there are various other Restaurants and Pubs within walking distance. Both relaxed and fine-dining available.

We are an exclusively designed Executive and Superior establishment with a large outdoor swimming pool with lovely covered outside patio where you can enjoy either sun downers or just to relax.

There are also two lounges available if you prefer to be indoors.Lovely individual breakfasts beautifully prepared and served with ?love' and ?fresh herbs' from our garden which may be enjoyed in our cosy dining room or outside patio area.

The absolute 5 star stay

Simply awesome by

I was in ZA for the World Cup and since I was moving around a lot between Durban and PE I had to book many different guest houses. Manor 38 was the best of the ten that I stayed at, and also offered great value for money. Beautifully furnished; lovely staff; spacious, well-appointed rooms; safe location 5 minutes' walk from a shopping mall and near the shore; you really couldn't ask for much else. A classy yet relaxed place that I will 100% definitely return to next time I'm in PE.

I loved everything about Manor 38. The facilities, the food, the staff. Will definitely only stay there when I am in PE again.

Fantastic B&B. Spotlessley clean with shiny wood floors, lovely garden and pool and lovely extras such as tea and biscuits in the afternoon. The room was lovely and comfortable with every convenience. Christopher and his staff couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a nice choice and cooked and served to order. We could not fault anything on our stay. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
