Manor Fest Mountain Cabins is located in beautiful Hout Bay and offers four very charming self-catering log cabins. They have private patios with furniture and braai areas, ensuring guests have their privacy. Each cabin is air-conditioned and has a lounge that is equipped with a TV with selected DStv, a mini CD player and radio. The lounge is open-plan with the fully equipped kitchen which has a breakfast nook.
Cape Ash and Cape Myrtle Cabin each have one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower only. Cape Chestnut and Cape Lilac each have two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower/bath, basin and toilet. The rooms have queen beds and two single beds. A camp cot and a baby bath are available on request.
Guests can enjoy the stunning pool or walk around in the well-maintained garden while enjoying the mountain views. Each cabin also has safe parking next to it and all parking is behind a remote-controlled gate. A cleaning service and laundry service are available at an additional cost.
Hout Bay has a variety of attractions and activities on offer. There are various restaurants, coffee bars and shop in the area and a local flea market is held every Sunday, weather permitting. Guests can take several boat trips from the harbour and includes trips to the seal colony on Duiker Island and a wreck of a floating crane. Sailing and canoeing are also popular and guests can relax on the popular beach. One of the biggest bird sanctuaries in Africa, World of Birds, is less than 2 km from Manor Fest.
