The unit is completely wheelchair accessible, a lift is available, and our front door is extra-wide. Enter the penthouse through a carved wooden front door into an entrance foyer. The lounge and dining room are open plan, with lovely Italian ceramic floor tiles, and full DStv is provided. The balcony offers breathtaking views, built-in braai facilities and glass balustrades that have been built on exceedingly generous proportions. The oak fitted kitchen boasts views of Margate main beach and is also open plan off the dining room.

There are three bedrooms and the main bedroom opens onto the balcony. The apartment is also equipped with two bathrooms and we supply all linen, except beach towels.
