This free-standing house is modern and elegant, situated right on the water's edge. The house is very spacious and ideal for a large family or group of friends. You can relax on the deck during the early morning or late afternoon with a view of the bridge stretching over the canal.

It has a modern and open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The living area and main bedroom lead onto the deck with beautiful views. This house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where guests can enjoy a sundowner on the deck while watching the sunsets.

The house consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a cosy lounge area with DStv and braai facilities on the large wooden deck outside. Please bring your smart card, decoder and cable to make use of the DStv facility.
