Penny and Dave invite you to relax in the tranquility of their luxurious guesthouse, which has been developed from what was once the original farmhouse on the Virginia Sugar Estate in the 1950's.

We are ideally situated midway between Umhlanga Rocks and Central Durban with easy access to the business centres, fabulous shopping malls, fine beaches and our iconic world class sports stadium. The sub-tropical coastal areas and a venture into the midlands of Kwa-Zulu Natal provide an amazing diversity of interesting things to see and do.

We were so impressed with the level of excellence - from the attention to detail in the rooms to the delicious breakfast spread! Penny and Dave really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our toddler loved it too - the lawn and crystal clear pool were a big hit! Super close to Umhlanga's best spots, ample parking, beautiful new finishes in the room and bathroom, and a relaxing at-home atmosphere. We will be back!
