Meander Manor is an easy drive along the N2 through the lush green countryside of KwaZulu-Natal's North Coast, with sugar cane fields on either side of the road rolling like waves in the afternoon sea breeze, easing your over stressed body and mind into holiday gear before you even reach the coastal resort town of Shaka's Rock and the realm of our guest house. Once you have turned off the N2 freeway heading to Shaka's Rock, adjacent to one of KwaZulu-Natal's premier upmarket North Coast golfing and eco estates, Simbithi, you turn left into Meander Manor. Only a 15 to 20 minutes drive from King Shaka International Airport and 500 metres from the beach, our stately establishment is nestled among indigenous trees and elevated with unrestricted views of the Indian Ocean. It is peaceful and tranquil, yet close enough to hear the waves crashing as they race onto the shore.

From the moment you enter the guest house, you are welcomed by our friendly, efficient staff and the expansive open lounge and dining area overlooking the ocean. Meander Manor has an opulent feel created by our careful selection of quality furniture and fittings. Our accommodation at Meander Manor Guest House consists of 12 luxury suites with four of the suites offering magnificent sea views. There is also an upstairs guest lounge and a lovely pool area for guests to relax, read or just sit and admire the view. Safe beaches with lifeguards are only five minutes away, with a main beach as well as a tidal pool.

For avid golfers there are a number of top class golf courses in close proximity to Meander Manor and arrangements can be made at our guest house to transfer you to and from these venues at a reasonable cost.

A full continental and English breakfast is served between 07:00 AM and 9:00 AM daily.

Meander Manor is perfectly situated for a relaxing weekend breakaway or for that corporate conference or business function.

Our conference venue can accommodate up to 80 delegates and we have a very upmarket wedding venue with wonderful sea views from the wrap-around patio. The venue can comfortably accommodate 100 to 200 guests and another smaller venue which can accommodate 100 to 120 guests and can be used as a chapel.
