Access to the studio apartment is via a staircase on the outside of the unit. A single garage is also available.

This studio apartment is situated 50 meters from the beachfront and is ideal for wonderful walks on the white beach. Melkbosstrand is 40 km from Cape Town and 20 km from Durbanville's Wine Route.
