We arrived to be told there is no water so 5 lt of water was brought every time you wanted to use the toilet. This they took out the swimming pool

The shower and bath had cold water but no hot water was available during the stay this meant cold showers
We were told it is a king sized bed only to find two single beds pushed together

You have received a WhatsApp about the water situation in KBY (attached)there was no water due to our Municipality who worked 6 days on the waterlines.
Thanks, and yes we did bring you some water in bottles for flushing your toilet and DID make plans to make it workable and convenient and thanks for all the appreciation.
Even got a tanker with 10000 lt water to fill up the Jojo tank.
We do convert the beds its named an eggshell in guesthouse terms and then it's a king size bed but do not have lots of complaints about it rather complements that our beds are comfortable
