Muizenberg Garden Cottage

Located in historical, characterful Muizenberg Village, Muizenberg Garden Cottage is a short walk from shops, the beach, restaurants and Zandvlei Lagoon and bird sanctuary.

This tastefully decorated, self-contained cottage is set in a leafy, tranquil garden on the same grounds as a private heritage family home, but with its own separate, private entrance.

For those wanting a bit more exercise, a longer scenic walk next to the sea will take you past beautiful tidal pools, to Kalk Bay, home to interesting, quirky shops and a working harbour with resident seals.

The white sandy beaches of the Southern Peninsula and attractions such as Boulders Beach penguin colony, the historic naval village of Simonstown, Silvermine Nature Reserve, Chapmans Peak Drive and Cape Point National Park are all within an hour's drive.

A twenty five minute drive will take you to the V&A Waterfront and the City Centre. Muizenberg is also well situated to access the Winelands area. For paddling, surfing and other water sports enthusiasts, we are happy to advise and assist with equipment hire, routes, conditions etc.
