Next Door is a self-catering holiday home located in the picturesque town of Paarl, in the Western Cape. This quiet and tranquil house is within close proximity to shops and restaurants, is the ideal base from which to explore the attractions in and around the Cape Winelands, and is only fifty km drive from Cape Town International Airport. Perfect for family or friends looking for comfortable accommodation.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

Two of the bedrooms have doors leading outside. Quality white linen and towels are provided for your stay. All bedrooms are fitted with remote controlled ceiling fans. The option is available to accommodate two extra people in the lounge on two single sleeper couches. This is strictly by prior arrangement.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a scullery equipped with washing machine and a dishwasher. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the air-conditioned lounge has a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided but is limited to one GB per day. Additional data can be purchased if required. This light open-plan house is decorated with an eclectic 60's feel. The lounge has beautiful wooden floors. All windows are fitted with blinds.

Sliding doors open up onto an undercover patio with braai facilities. Parking is available for 4 vehicles on the property. The double lock-up garage is suitable for 4x4 vehicles, plus two vehicles in open parking area behind the secure remote controlled gate. Pets are welcome on request.

Your office personnel should be more friendly and be willing to go extra mile for client. On day of booking I had challenges with debit card. I called your office 16h45 informed office I will make EFT payment from FNB to your FNB account and call back to confirm payment as money would reflect immediately. When I called back at 17h00 no one was available to assist and I had to check in. So there was no one from your office to assist with address, knowing I was suppose to check in and had no address or contact detail from the owners. I had to use google maps to get address. Lucky for me the owner was willing to assist as I could show proof of payment. My question is the following.: is no one at your establishment willing to work extra 10 minutes to serve a client, specially if their was communication 15 minutes prior to closing of office?

Family Getaway by

Liz was a wonderful host, and made sure we had all we needed. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything needed. Lovely undercover braai area. A most comfortable and beautifully kept establishment. Very central and close to all amenities. Wonderful secure pet-friendly environment. We look forward to staying at Next Door again. Highly recommended holiday home.

We love the space of the house. Only improvement I can think of is maybe a small non-stick pan to fry eggs.
