Nuschka's Place

Nuschka's Place is a beautiful Spanish-style villa with a large patio situated on the edge of the water in Hartbeespoort Dam.


The Villa has direct access to the tow path, which follows the water's edge from one side of Kosmos to the other. There is a boathouse surrounded by water with a private jetty for mooring. From the patio soak up the beautiful views right across the dam and the yacht club, while lounging on comfortable seating, or make use of the braai facilities.

Take a stroll through the terraced, tropical garden with a variety of fruit trees.The Villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one is en-suite. To facilitate larger groups, there is an additional outside flatlet furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a scullery with laundry facilities. The large open-plan living area has full DStv, a foosball table and a wood-burning stove for the colder winter months.

The area is densely populated with art galleries, restaurants, markets and adventure sport opportunities. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful views, there is never a bored moment to be had. The Hartbeespoort Dam offers an array of water sports, a local bird sanctuary, challenging hikes and gentle walks.

Please note that the minimum rate for four or less guests to rent the Villa is R1680.00. Parties greater than four will need to pay an extra R420.00 per guest per a night. Please note a minimum stay may be applicable over the weekends.
