Ocean View - The House

A three en-suite bedroomed, single storey house with swimming pool, breath-taking views over the Indian Ocean, on the world-class, secure estate of the Pezula 18-hole. Please note the main three-bedroom house is adjoined to two bedroom unit . They are both private and have own entrances, but note both properties may have guests staying at the same time in the other unit/house.

All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (one of these have a separate bathtub and shower), built in wardrobes and fans. Blankets and hot water bottles for those winter evenings!

An open plan, lounge, kitchen, dining area, opens up to a covered seated verendah, a wooden deck, swimming pool and garden, with views towards the Pezula club house and the Outeniqua mountains.
The house is fully-equipped HDTV with DStv, gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The outdoor deck offers braai facilities and furniture. There is a washing machine and an outside clothes line.

We provide linen and towels and offer domestic services on request at an additional charge. There is a separate private two bed-roomed unit attached to the house. It has it's own private entrance and is also available to rent.

The elevation of the estate affords it a great deal of natural security and privacy which is reinforced by 24-hour permanently manned access control at all entrances.

Golf lovers can play at the highly rated Pezula Championship course and enjoy walking the nearby nature trails.
The world-renowned Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa, adjacent to the Golf Estate development, provides numerous 5-star amenities to which residents have access, including Zachary's restaurant, a champagne & Whisky Bar, Cigar lounge, a boutique Spa & Gym with heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room (additional charges apply).
residents also have access to Pezula Golf Estate communal pool, tennis court and children's outdoor playing area located in a quiet corner of the estate.
