At some point in the evening, lit candles will lure you to the elegant dining table in one of the two airy dining rooms or the traditional boma, where you can indulge in sumptuous Italian-Namibian fusion food, complemented by excellent South African wines. The menu changes daily, with many of the fresh ingredients grown on site.
