The stylish country-style kitchen with its library of recipe books, includes all modern appliances such as a gas stove, fridge-freezer, a microwave and espresso machine. The separate laundry room has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Step out onto the covered patio area where you will find a dining table for alfresco dining and a large front garden. The front garden has a large lawn, vegetable patch and children's play set. There is ample secure parking for two cars and the house is serviced twice weekly. Full security is provided with armed response.
