Relax on your patio overlooking the most beautiful views of the Ocean in this lovely self-catering apartment situated in Chakas Rock Ballito. This comfortable and neat apartment boasts spectacular sea views from the lounge and bedrooms as well.

In detail:
Open plan dining room and lounge opening onto a patio offering stunning sea views. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, dining room table with seating for 6 guests. Comfortable sofas with seating for 6 guests. Plasma TV & DStv decoder offering Full DStv.
A balcony with patio furniture for 6 guests and a Weber braai (barbeque).

The main bedroom includes a double-sized bed with en-suite consisting of shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The main bedroom also opens out on to the patio. The second bedroom has two single beds and opens out onto the patio. The third bedroom has two single beds, with a small separate balcony. The second bathroom consists of a shower, bath vanity and toilet and is shared by the second & third bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit and secure parking for 2 x vehicles.

There is a swimming pool in the complex overlooking the ocean and you can walk to the beach approximately 250m out the complex on the main road. The unit is also serviced daily, with the exception of Sundays and Public holidays. Regret NO matric Rage bookings or student bookings accepted.

The unit was excellent. All comforts was present.

No lift and out unit was situated on the topmost storey. However we had an elderly person; who found the steps a little challenging to climb.

Many thanks for your comments Mukesh and very happy to hear the unit was to your liking.
Due to the units in the complex being at staggered levels and only going up to 2 stories there has never been a need for a lift.
A big plus of being a top unit though, is having a high thatch roof and skylights, so besides being light and airy, this unit has the most spectacular uninterrupted views of the ocean.

The main double bed is like sleeping on the base...very hard as well as the couch !
