Enjoy a stay on our historical Cape Dutch wine estate set in the most unique and romantic valley, with its beautiful gables and traditional hospitality. It is also home to an unusual country restaurant in a working brandy distillery.

The thatched buildings are restored and have all the added little luxuries you expect, like air-conditioning, underfloor heating and real filter coffee. We have five Double Luxury Rooms, a Family Suite and a Honeymoon Suite which are all bed and breakfast. We also have one self-catering cottage, the Vineyard Cottage, which can be requested as bed and breakfast accommodation.

Be enchanted by the cuisine skills of John Tecklenburg, our well-known chef. Service and hospitality match the ever-changing menu of local and international cuisine. Oude Wellington is more than a restaurant and guest house, it is passion for food and wine.

We had an awesome stay in the family room. The kids enjoyed nature and all it offered, A wonderful dinner in the resturant, special breakfasts and the tranquility al make part of our fond memories. Thanks!

The place is a little run-down and untidy. Had to walk through an untidy office/kitchen with people working, to get to the breakfast room. The owner was not very informative. Good breakfast. The room was quite nice, but not wow.



No I did not. I ended moving out. My room had no heating, the road was terrible, the swimming pool was grass green and everything was neglected. I was not prepared to stay a night there. It was false advertising on the internet and I am going to report you.
